FUTNext is committed to providing high-quality digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process customers must follow to request a refund. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below..
Eligibility for Refunds
- Digital Product Accessibility Issues: If the purchased digital product is not accessible or downloadable due to a technical issue on our end.
- Customer-Initiated Refund Request: If a customer decides they no longer want the product, a refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Server Request Limitation: Users who have made more than 50 requests to our server are not eligible for a refund.
- One Refund Per User Policy: If a customer has already been granted a refund, they are not eligible for another refund in the future.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
- Subscription payments once the service has been used.
- VPS (Virtual Private Server) services.
- Refund requests outside of the 7-day window from the date of purchase.
- Cases beyond our control (e.g., customer device incompatibility, lack of interest, or incorrect purchase).
- Users attempting to abuse the refund process or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Chargeback disputes: If a chargeback has been initiated through a payment provider, the refund request will be automatically denied.
Refund Request Process
Submit a refund request via email to support@futnext.com.
Include the following details:
- Full name and email associated with the purchase.
- Payment Receipt.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Confirmation that the customer has not made more than 50 server requests.
- Proof of issue (e.g., screenshots or error messages demonstrating inaccessibility of the digital product).
Missing any of the above details, could cause delay in processing the refund.
Our support team will respond within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse of Refunds
FUTNext reserves the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Multiple refund requests from the same user.
- Suspicion of abuse of services (e.g., excessive refund requests, repeated use before requesting a refund).
- Inconsistencies or false claims in the refund request.
Processing Time & Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
- Customers will receive an email notification with the refund receipt when their refund has been processed.
- Partial Refunds: FUTNext reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the remaining value of the service.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscription services renew automatically. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel before renewal if they no longer wish to continue.
- Customers who do not cancel their subscription before the renewal date due to oversight or forgetting are not automatically entitled to a refund once charged. Refunds in such cases are granted solely at FUTNext's discretion
- FUTNext will send a notification email 7 days before subscription renewal, reminding users of upcoming charges and the option to manage their subscription.
Compliance with GDPR & CCPA
- Personal data provided for refund processing will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
- Customers in the European Union (EU) have the right to request deletion of their data post-refund.
- Under CCPA, California residents can inquire about data retention by contacting support@futnext.com.
- Data Retention Policy: Refund request data is retained for 12 months post-resolution, after which it is securely deleted unless legally required otherwise.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Customers may withdraw consent for data retention anytime by contacting support@futnext.com.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to this Refund Policy shall initially be addressed directly with our customer support. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration governed by the laws of England and Wales, with arbitration taking place in London, United Kingdom.
